    I had the same problem (and I have more than 150 rules). I created an AppleScript application to do this for me: http://pg12aa.blogspot.com/2017/10/run-all-airmail-rules.html

    Lack of this is a major annoyance in current version of Airmail for Mac. Please consider to change this bahaviour.
