    Wow I google to see if there was a solution and found my own comment below. Airmail needs this feature so badly!

    I am in exactly the same situation, I am loving Airmail so far but this could be crippling.. I'm a designer so my inbox is full of larger attachments and I need them for later reference, if I could just identify a few of the really huge ones and decide whether they can be culled that would help a lot (it doesn't help that the attachment previews don't have a file size on them either!)
