    For what it's worth, there's a workaround. Right click on the Airmail Beta app icon and select "Show Package Contents." Navigate to Contents>Resources. Inside of the Resources folder are several .wav files, which are the alert sounds. Find the audio file you want to use (it must be in .wav format), and rename it so that it has the exact same name as one of the .wav files in the Resources folder. Replace the file in the resources folder with your custom re-named file. Start up Airmail and select that sound in the settings.
