Move lists of recently used folders & Quickfolder
Thanks for your excellent product, which I am using on MacBook Pro, iPhone and iPad. Version 3 is excellent software. Could I make a couple of suggestions for future versions:
1. For someone like myself who frequently dictates from an email and then puts the original in a different folder, the folder “move to” system is weak. At the top there are dedicated folders (“InBox”, “Start”, “Drafts” etc.) but there does not seem any way of actually adding to those. So each time you have to, in my case, scroll down a long list of folders to find the one I want to put the finished email in for storage. Most other mail programs - Thunderbird, Outlook, PostBox - have a list of the last 10 used folders which make it much easier for repetitive tasks.
So I would suggest either make the top InBox, Start etc. lists possible to add core folders to, or, just scrap them and use the Last 10 or 15 Used Folders.
2. In PostBox and Thunderbird, there is an extremely useful add-on called QuickFolders - this enables you to put links to your most used folders at the top, so instead of having to scroll down endlessly in order to find them, you can just click on them - I just have four: InBox, Sent and two others that I frequently use. Being a non-techie, I have no idea if there is any way of adding QuickFolders or something parallel in.
