Create / Reinstate a User Help Forum
Airmail needs a User Help Forum.
I recall that, at one point, a User Help Forum existed. It was INFINTELY helpful. Users helped each other with specific and very detailed answers to anything and everything that anyone could ever ask.
The answers were there permanently so people didn't have to keep asking support the same questions over and over again, questions which may or may not be answered.
I posted a lot on there to help others because I got so much help myself. One day, it just disappeared.
*If I'm dreaming, then we NEED a User Help Forum.
** If nothing materializes, I hope some user/s will create one off-site someday.
*** A manual may be helpful for some but, in general, not as helpful as a user help forum.
I am quickly learning the many shortcomings of this otherwise great email app. No user support forum is at the top of the list. This feature/feedback system is a frustrating joke on Airmail users. I'll give it another few weeks to see if anything materializes, then gotta move on to the next Thunderbird alternative.
