I have a very hard time finding attachments. They are placed randomly in my emails. For example, a recent reply from a third person says "please find these attachments". They are placed randomly "near" the bottom in a completely random place. In apple mail i can click the paperclip icon to see and download the attachments. In Airmail I have to *hunt* through the email to find where they randomly are. I have to open apple mail to download attachments instead of this frustrating attachment hunt. What is going on?130 votes
I get half a dozen emails with attachments I need to save. It would be nice to be able to select multiple emails, right click and save attachments to a specific directory34 votes
I attached 6 photos this am and the client called and the email was sending to him OVER and OVER. Not a good thing...!
Has anyone else had this issue. I composed a new email and dragged them into the email to send them....!
And I am seeing a trend on Mac OS X and on iPhone when sending attachments.
On the iPhone the Send with function results in errors! Send Failure and it trued over and over until it just gives up?55 votes
When someone sends me an embedded image. There's no way to download it or open it from within the program. There should be a right click or button to download all. Instead, I have to copy the image, paste it into Photoshop, and then save it from there with a made-up name (as no name is displayed within Airmail).
This seems like a no-brainer, or am I the one with no brain?197 votes
For me it's very important to have a feature like mail.app "markup". I have to send images and screenshots to clients, and have to put arrows or text boxes explaining thoroughly my thoughts. This is a killer feature for me and I find myself today going to mail.app to perform this tasks, or even Photoshop when mail.app is behaving bad with my gmail accounts.
I've attached some images to clarify what I'm talking about.
Let the user define a Threshold for the Attachment Size. If the Attachments exceed that size, they are send via Mail Drop (or Drop Box). Today it is possible to use Dropbox, but it is manual work (copying the Attachments to the Dropbox Folder, then manually select them via the Dropbox Icon). Instead, Airmail could copy large Attachments to a predefined Dropbox-Folder and just send the link. Totally transparent to the user. The user experience with Mail Drop in OSX Mail is what I would like to see.62 votes
Trello integration should attach file(s) to created card
Ideally, we could select which file(s) get attached25 votes
Create options to keep attachments on reply, either as default functionality or for each message. Create a shortcut for it.
Use case: Someone emails me a file, I want to reply and point to something within the file, so need the attachment.
Current workarounds: forward and add the same person (makes no sense) or reply then add attachment again (lost time).59 votes
Like Mail app "Export to Photos" would be save time.15 votes
It would be great to support Firefox Send (https://send.firefox.com)
for big attachments3 votes
I have a Retina macbook plugged into a DELL 24" monitor. I've noticed TWO anomalies using Airmail in this configuration:
1) Email attachments are never displayed on my non-retina screen. Just a huge blank space where the attachment should be.
Dragging the window across to my Retina then displays the attachment.
2) grabbing a screenshot on my retina screen and dropping into an email displays the image at double the resolution - I guess this is expected behaviour but it *does* mean that I'm forever resizing images and reloading them.
At the moment, drag-drop seems the only way to attach files? It is sometimes much more efficient to
* highlight file in finder
* go to email message
This is one of few "features" of Apple Mail that I truly miss.3 votes

Next to the normal Read Receipt we need a plugin for Link tracking like Polymail as example.
And also a read receipt statistic like "When , where and with which device"
Thanks !137 votes
This is in iOS11 so could just be a bug, but at present after hitting the paper clip to attached and browsing iCloud, I cannot select PDFs to attached them. I can select most other common file types.1 vote
Currently, anytime I try to use the "Preview .dat" function on a winmail.dat file sent from outlook, Airmail crashes.51 votes
Currently drive integration uploads a local attachment to drive and emails a link..
I'd like to select a file from google drive and attach it to the email (not a link, as an attachment)..31 votes
Please consider creating a view or feature that would allow to see all attachments as a list of files. This would be very helpful if looking for an attachment not knowing which message or folder dos it belong to. this would be great for viewing attachments or downloading select ones.83 votes
In Mailplane 3 there is a feature to take a quick screenshot of a selected area on screen and attach that to a message. Very handy and quick way.
This screenshot is not saved to disc, only attached to the message.1 vote
Prevent Airmail from opening attachments in 'read only' view. I want control over how I open attachments.17 votes
