  1. Integration of Citrix ShareFile and Syncplicity

Having an integration for Citrix ShareFile and Syncplicity would be great.

I see the integration of OneDrive, Google Drive etc. but would love to have an integration to real EFSS service.

  2. Feedback on Support

How do I provide feedback on the quality of support received? I logged a ticket (3421) this morning, and the responses from the support analyst were all single sentence, or at one point, just one word. No context, no useful supporting information, nothing.

On the feedback page, there only appear to be options to feedback on product features (or lack thereof).

  3. Interior design

Under normal circumstances, the interior design process will be very systematic and coordinated. Designers have to undertake a lot of research, analysis and integration of the creative process is running.

  4. Alternate SMTP Servers

Alternate SMTP Servers - If a firewall or something blocks an SMTP server from sending an email, you should be able to choose an alternate server to send from.

  5. Airmail for Mac users should receive a free copy of the iOS version

Please don't mis-understand the title at all. Keep in mind I understand the companies require income to function, but I've already gone out on a long shot and paid for an email app (quite frankly an amazing one); but why must I pay an extra $5 to obtain the iOS copy? Seems like a good marketing stunt could be "Airmail for Mac comes with a free copy for iOS". Just blowing my opinions, even though I will eventually get around to paying $5 for the app for iOS.

  6. Ensure the kbase is working…

Welcome eMAil contains loads of potentially useful links but attempting to access one returned 404 - not found. Evaluating your product with the intention of advising clients that it's fit for purpose - the Knowledge Base and welcome eMail system needs to work reliably.

  7. Improve your documentation

Your documentation is written in English that is barely literate and very often confusing. It is really shockingly bad.
