Connection stability improvements
Airmail does not handle slow connections very well at all, in fact, I'm slowly going back to using Gmail as Airmail constantly loses connection and won't sync messages.
I understand those slow connections are a pain for everyone but as I travel a lot I often get stuck accessing my mail from Airmail but can easily load my mail in the browser on the same connection.

Store emails only locally
Since I have very small company mailbox it would be great to have an option that allows me to store all emails only locally or just N newest in the mailbox and the rest on my hard drive.

Exchange Sync Stability
I've got a work email with exchange and syncing it with airmail can be frustrating.
Main issue is that occasionally the exchange connection will hang/disconnect. Most frustratingly is when I send an email and it doesn't send, and I also lose the content of the email. It isn't in the draft/outbox folder!
Perhaps I'm missing something but it has happened numerous times and I don't understand why.
Feedback /improvement would be great!

Stop changing focus when syncing email
Whenever I am going through my directories/labels and the syncing starts, all of a sudden the app chooses for me that I should head back to the "All Inboxes" section, and this is quite frustrating. Please let the focus where it is when sync is happening, just sync in the background and don't force focus change.

Snooze sometimes reappears in inbox after you sync
When I snooze an item, sometimes it reappears in my inbox almost immediately after I snooze it. Sometimes it appears on the mac version and sometimes it only appears on the iOS version.
When you open the email, you see the 'snooze for x days' banner at the top, so the app clearly knows it is snoozed, yet still shows it in the inbox.

Sync notifications across all devices
This already exists in the iOS wishlist as well, but we need the notifications/badge counts to sync across all devices. If I get a notification on my Mac and delete an email, I shouldn't pickup my iPhone 5 minutes later and still see this already addressed notification on my lock screen or the badge count still reflecting an already deleted email. If it's been read on one device or deleted, it should push this to the other devices and reflect the change. I know this capability exists, other apps do it. Please get this added!

Gmail labels do not sync automatically
Upon testing with many many scenarios, I discovered the following. Suppose an email is labeled in Gmail with label A and B. One removes label A. As long as you remain in "folder" B the label A will never be removed in Airmail. Also not when you press refresh.
The only moment when the label is removed is when you open the folder of the label you just removed. So suppose I would go to label A folder, then rapidly I see the label disappear and when I then go back to the label B folder I see label A…

Certain emails cause Airmail to act like the connection failed
Certain emails cause Airmail to show the red circle acting like it had a connection error. One example is attached.
After deleting the email from the server the red circle goes away. You just can't use Airmail to delete it.
The attachment is compressed with 7zip since it's spam.

notify when sync fails
My iCloud email who had been working correctly for months suddenly stopped syncing more than a week ago. Nothing in the interface warned me about it. Now on account preferences the imap and smtp test fails. don't know if this is an airmail or iCloud issue but airmail should have warned me. instead I didn't notice and i missed important emails in the meanwhile (and btw, i checked the settings and cannot manage to make it work again, always getting Unable to authenticate with the current session's credentials. while it used to work)
also this is not the first issue…

Gmail accounts get notifications when sending mail using conversation view
BUG- I have Conversation view turned on for all of my Gmail accounts. Whenever I reply to a message in a conversation, I get a new message notification that displays the message I just sent. This shows up on Mac and iOS for about a second or two, then goes away. Very frustrating! Support has told me to disable conversation view, which is not an acceptable workaround.

Consistency.. I'm not seeing my desktop replies to an email on my mobile device..
I wish that these two things would sync so that I could re-read the emails I've sent on my desktop device. Now I just have to assume that I've responded to an email..

Inside/outside credentials
I really like Airmail and wish I could use it, but unfortunately, I just can't get it to work consistently for me, despite help from support. My sense is the reason is that our Exchange server requires different server settings inside and outside of our network. Apple Mail and Outlook seem to support this but I can't get it to work in Airmail. I hope that you'll look into this.
