Add "Export as PDF" menu bar item in macOS version
Mail.app has this, and it makes saving a message as a PDF much faster than selecting the Print menu then saving it as a PDF

Ability to export multiple messages to eml
Ability to drag and drop multiple emails to Finder (folder somewhere).
I keep folders for clients and when the project is done, or at the end of the year, I when to purge the folder and keep .eml copies of the correspondence with the rest of the files for the customer.
Using the 'Export to EML...' only does 1 message at a time, and using a rule takes a lot of set up for an ad hoc need.
Thanks for your consideration of this.

Exporting mails using drag and drop should export all mails in conversion
When you use drag and drop to export messages, mails in conversions will not be exported. When using the menu “Export as EML“ all works fine.
This is critical because you can accidentally can loose mails you if you aren’t aware of this issue.

Local Import of two folders (in different trees) with same name should not merge contents
I'm trying to transition from Apple Mail to Airmail. In Apple Mail I have some old email accounts "archived" as local "on my mac" folders; the top level folder is the name of the account (e.g. xyz.edu and abc.com), and each top-level folder has subfolders with the usual standard names (such as "inbox", "sent", etc...). When I import these into a "local" account in Airmail, airmail seems to flatten the tree and merge subfolders with the same name together.

Add the ability to export local folders to mbox format
Need the ability to export folders from a local account together with their subfolders and all included messages to mbox format supported by several other email clients and by email migration applications such as Emailchemy.
Having such an export capability from a local account is key to avoid being "trapped" to Airmail:
Without the certainty that I will be able to export all my email archive from Airmail should I want/need to do it someday, I will not migrate (even if Airmail suits all my other needs).113 votes -
Import mboxes outside of Apple Mail system mboxes
It took me forever to figure this out, but mbox from Apple Mail are not imported using the steps in the Knowledge Base Support page UNLESS the mbox is in the [user]>Library>Mail>V2 folder.
An mbox that is exported from Mail onto the desktop or anywhere else does not import.
Please allow an mbox that is outside Library>Mail to be imported. This is especially important for anyone who has backed up their Apple Mail mboxes.
Also, until you add this feature, please change the Support Know Base page to make this clearer.

The "Export to EML..." feature shouldn't use slashes in the filename
Something like "FW: ..." causes the suggested filename to be "FW/ ...", which, while legal on macOS, isn't legal on Windows, which is sort of the point of exporting .eml, isn't it? It sucks to have to carefully examine the suggested file name every time.
It would be nice if the replacement char for colon chars in subject lines were something like underscore, or perhaps even configurable.

how to open inaccessible pst file
There are two methods that you can use to repair Outlook PST file if your Outlook PST get inaccessible. First, Inbox Repair tool, the free ScanPST tool provided by Microsoft, i.e. built-in repair tool. Another tool is paid tool that can repair mailbox data from damaged PST files. The choice is Yours!!

Since there isn't a place to search support questions, or submit tickets, I'll put this here, even though it's not a feature request (AFAIK):
How do you export a collection of emails for saving?
