To ensure a user always replies or archives it would be great if the longer a message sits in your inbox unresponded to, the more red it goes.

Then when you reply the message goes back to a white background.

If you get another message from that recipient the counter starts round again moving the message background from white to red over and amount of time. Time value can be a setting.

Essentially its a system for highlighting un-actioned or un-responded emails
