Add buffer above horizontal scrollbar
If the message I'm viewing has a really long line that forces a horizontal scroll bar, the last line of the message is covered by the scroll bar.

I've noticed that certain messages are not line-wrapping at all, meaning that I have to scroll horizontally for ages rather than read down the page. Thus we also need an optional 'line-wrap' setting somewhere in the Message Pane menu or in Preferences...
Still like Airmail above the rest, but this is distracting!

I'm getting the same issue, and even more annoying (than not being able to see the last line of text) its happening on a line that actually wraps...
the viewport shouldn't need to scroll horizontally, because the line is able to wrap, but no matter what window size i set, the email's viewport is slightly too wide and i get both wrapping and horizontal scrolling (and the hidden text at the bottom under the scrollbar)
