How can we improve Airmail?

Support for templates or stationery

Hi there. I often compose the same type of content (ie. a template) in more than one email. For example, when I am sending invoices to clients, they all have the same body text in the email. Does Airmail support this feature? Kind of like Apple Mail's Stationery?

    Template is a great thing (coming from an app that offers is). You can create messages that have the text you want as well as the attachments you want.

    Good suggestions for work-around, but not if you want to email the same group more than once, with changes to the subject and message content. Not even any way to duplicate a message. Oy! Back to Apple Mail...

    Templates would be a terrific addition to Airmail. Thanks to Christoffer Lorenzen for the "manual" workaround, BTW...

    I just got Airmail, and I was very surprised this basic feature was missing.

    Workaround:
    1. Create a "Templates" folder.
    2. Draft your email template.
    3. Save your draft to your temaplte folder.
    4. Right click the e-mail and click "redirect".

    This has worked well for me.

    templates will be great. The only things I don't find in Airmail

    To anyone who needs a good temporary solution to this:

    1. Create a folder named templates.
    2. Create a email draft of the template you want. Mine is a "Welcome to Company X"-type email with loads of helpful links and images.
    3. Save the draft and move it to the template folder.

    Voila! All I have to do to use this 'template' is go to my template folder, right click the "Welcome" email, and then hit "redirect". I can then customize it and set it to new customers.
