Hide IMAP Root Folders
You already hide the default [Gmail] Root Folder, which is great. However, some german GMail Accounts have a different Root Folder named [Google Mail], which is not hidden but never in use.
It would also be nice if the root folder of Mailbox-App [Mailbox] could be hidden.
I see where you are coming from here but I prefer to retain the [Mailbox] root folder as I use that app on my iOS devices and my GTD process relies heavily on it being where it is today (from a folder-sorting PoV). Outside of that, I can't argue with your request.
+1 on this feature. I'd really like to be able to have my Mailbox app labels show up in both Account view and Folders view.

Folders that can't hold messages, only other folders, should be able to be detected via IMAP, and hidden or displayed appropriately.
