How can we improve Airmail?

Quick reply all doesn't include CC'd recipients

When I quick reply and choose reply all, it still doesn't include CC'd addresses. Is it possible to include them?

    I have just found the feature to 'Quick Reply by Default' in Account Settings >> Composer. When this is enabled, and you hit the standard Reply-All button, it will Quick Reply to all
