minimize new message window / integrate new message window in full screen mode
When in full screen mode, it would be great to have the option to minimize the new-message-composer
OR
Another appreciated feature would be integrating the new message window in the main window (as a new column on the right)

Yes to the first option! Came here just to post this. Outlook 2016 handles this beautifully. Since I like to keep my email full screen, it's annoying to not be able to get a compose window out of the way of the main window.
