Different colors for Aliases
Can you please add an option so that i can choose a different color for aliases instead of using the one from the main account?

I strongly support this idea. I recently moved from having multiple email accounts to one account with multiple aliases. With multiple accounts it was very easy to identify which account an email was addressed to at a glance (based on the color), so it would be great to be able to replicate this with aliases.
