Airmail for Mac users should receive a free copy of the iOS version
Please don't mis-understand the title at all. Keep in mind I understand the companies require income to function, but I've already gone out on a long shot and paid for an email app (quite frankly an amazing one); but why must I pay an extra $5 to obtain the iOS copy? Seems like a good marketing stunt could be "Airmail for Mac comes with a free copy for iOS". Just blowing my opinions, even though I will eventually get around to paying $5 for the app for iOS.

I like supporting developers and good work. It's a separate product for a different platform and $5 is nothing for a quality app. Unpinch a penny and support devs.

I do have the Airmail app for Mac, also the best $10 spent. I do wish they would've gone along with the approach that CloudMagic did. iOS for free (so people can sort of try it) and Mac costs.

I disagree Keith. Airmail for iOS is the best $5 spent and in many ways superior to the Mac experience (which I have spent $$$ upgrading over the years). You're missing out on a great app right now. Five dollars is nothing compared to the time savings and organization you will get with the iOS app.
