Stop switching app window on deleting emails from OSX notification banner.
After clicking on the "Bin" button in OSX notification banner it changes from current active application to Airmail. Ideally I'd like to bin an email without having to switch to Airmail view. This is how it works in OSX's Mail.app.

I wouldn't mind having the default behavior NOT pull me out of my active window just to "Close" or "Delete" a message. It doesn't make any sense to have the Airmail app raise to top just because we interact with a notification window. It seems too that we should be able to get the same interaction with the notifications in Banner as we do in Alert, much as the OP mentions with regard to how Apple Mail works.
The preferred behavior is for the Banner to pop up & timeout (as Banners do) & still have the same functionality as Apple mail Close & Delete rather than requiring that we leave Alert up until we interact with the notification. That coupled with having Airmail become the top level window once the notification meets an interaction is less than ideal.
