How can we improve Airmail?

You've used all your votes and won't be able to post a new idea, but you can still search and comment on existing ideas.

There are two ways to get more votes:

  • When an admin closes an idea you've voted on, you'll get your votes back from that idea.
  • You can remove your votes from an open idea you support.
  • To see ideas you have already voted on, select the "My feedback" filter and select "My open ideas".

  1. Support for templates or stationery

    Hi there. I often compose the same type of content (ie. a template) in more than one email. For example, when I am sending invoices to clients, they all have the same body text in the email. Does Airmail support this feature? Kind of like Apple Mail's Stationery?

  4. Message priority options are missing in 3.0

    I need to be able to set message priority, but support told me it was removed in version 3.0. I'm certain I'm not the only person who will be missing this option.

    Please add this back again.

  5. Remove trash from search results

    The google option in:trash does not work in conjunction with another parameter. They show up in inbox but the message doesn't display if it is also in trash. My preferences do not select to see trash in search results.

    Allow the image that is embedded in-line with the message to have viewing dimensions changed.

  7. Give a way to copy the airmail:// link to clipboard so you can easily link to mails from other applications.

    I love it that with programs like for example wunderlist you can directly add mails to wunderlist and he adds the airmail://message?... direct link so that you can open the mail from wunderlist.

    I would love it even more if I myself can also create a link like that and copy it to my clipboard so that I can reference to mails in this way myself. (for example in comments in wunderlist, in local documents, etc...)

  8. pasteWhy can't I paste image

    This is not an idea, it's a requirement. I have to be able to paste an image into an email. Does anyone disagree?

    Yesterday I loved Airmail - today I'm starting to hate it.
