Disable Airmail Pro popup
The "Airmail Pro" popup needs to stop, or have a permanently disabled option. I purchased Airmail 3, and I should be able to use it without any advertisements.

Read email subject line grey too light on update Dec 2020
Hi there. In the latest version of Airmail the title of previously read email subject lines is a much lighter grey than it used to be, making it nearly impossible to distinguish from the other text. Any chance of going back to a slightly darker grey like it was? Thanks!

Manual Configuration of Office365 Account Fails Because of Autodiscover
When adding an Exchange account, originally Autodiscover fails after a few minutes because it tried to find an Exchange server at the TLD. However, that domain name's e-mail is hosted by Office365. After failing the first time, Airmail then asks for a server, which is outlook.office365.com. Clicking "Add," again, I get the same error: "Autodiscover Failed."
Attached is a screenshot of the error. The e-mail address is not @hotmail.com, @outlook.com, or any of the free Microsoft e-mail offerings.

Email Subject Line=Things Task Subject
I have to believe this is on the forum somewhere but couldn't find it. Sorry if that is an amateur mistake. I love the Things integration but find it annoying that the resulting task shows the Email Subject as first line of the Task Notes. I would love for the Email Saubject to instead populate the Name of the Task (rather than it being blank). Or at least an option to make the Email Subject the Task Name by default. With of course the ability to over write it with another Task Name if needed.

Badge count not working on iOS
After installing Airmail for iOS, the badge count is not working on both iPhone and iPad. It's working fine on Mac. What am I missing? I have notifications enabled, with all the boxes checked. I found old threads which suggested enabling something about "badges for messages on the server", but I have no such option anywhere in Settings. Any ideas? Thanks.

When I copy this: rehearsal Saturday May 5 - 1:30 to 4:00. I get this when I paste it into another email: rehearsal Saturday May 12 - 1:30
When I copy this:
rehearsal Saturday May 5 - 1:30 to 4:00.I get this when I paste it into another email:

Improve behavior of navigating conversations with the keyboard
Let's say I have a conversation thread in my inbox with 5 messages: 2 have been previously read and 3 are new. I'm using Gmail keyboard shortcuts, and I select the thread. This is what should happen:
- The 2 previously read messages appear collapsed.
- All of the unread messages are expanded.
- The oldest unread message is selected and scrolled fully into view.
- Hitting "n" goes to the next oldest unread message. It is scrolled fully into view. Currently only a tiny amount is scrolled into view (e.g. enough to read the recipient list and nothing else), and one must then…

process big attachments on a background thread
when i click on an email with a big excel attachment (7MB, 23000 rows) Airmail shows a beachball cursor and becomes unresponsive for ca 30-40 seconds. after the mail is opened the attachment displayed as an icon.
when i doubleclick the same email, a small preview window is opened and airmail freezes
idea: don't process big attachments on the main thread

Connection stability improvements
Airmail does not handle slow connections very well at all, in fact, I'm slowly going back to using Gmail as Airmail constantly loses connection and won't sync messages.
I understand those slow connections are a pain for everyone but as I travel a lot I often get stuck accessing my mail from Airmail but can easily load my mail in the browser on the same connection.

Ability to enable/disable rules by day of the week or add a condition for day of the week
as a freelance worker dividing my week between multiple companies, it would be incredible to set a snooze automatically for specific emails on a specific day of the week to a different day.
Seems like the rules feature for the job only it is missing some small functionality for that - the ability to create a rule that on specific days snoozes emails from certain senders to other days.
This could be done by either adding a condition that triggers on specific days of the week, or giving the ability to enable disable rules by the day of the week.

Bug report: hit trash button, app freezes
When I hit the trash button on the top menu, the window freezes and looks like this. I have to force quit the app and re open it. No issues when archiving messages though. Happens every time I try to delete a message using the trash icon on the top row menu.

UI Refresh
Great we have a mac app. However, I find the overall look and feel a bit dated.
Fonts and colour scheme do not make it compelling to use. Functionality great
