Have a tool to find duplicate emails
I would love a way to find duplicate emails in my mailboxes. I'm trying to reduce the size of my email archive in order to free up space on my MacBook Pro, and I'm pretty sure I've got a lot of accidentally duplicated emails. I'm looking for a tool that would find duplicates based on email subject, content, sender, size, date, etc. Something like this exists for Apple Mail (see https://en.freedownloadmanager.org/Mac-OS/Remove-Duplicate-Messages-FREE.html) but not for AirMail.

Add sort column headers - like Outlook and Mac.Mail
I would love the ability to expand the width of the email folder view to show additional columns of data, such as sender, subject, date, size, attachment etc.
I would then love to have 'sort headers' like Outlook and Mac.Mail have - to easily sort by whatever column we chose.
This would dramatically simplify the ability to find and sort emails, compared to the current method. This might not be desired by all users - so perhaps 'column headers' could be made as a display setting in the preferences?
This is the biggest feature I miss from other email clients…

Run all rules now
Just simply the ability to run all of the established rules now. I find that if the rules didn't get triggered when email is downloaded, they never seem to trigger. Running each rule set by hand (I have 7) is tedious. (There is also a bug where the inbox view isn't refreshed when items have been moved out of it by a hand-executed rule.)

Option to search only for messages in Inbox or another single folder
At the moment the search function (eg. by sender or keyword) searches every folder on your account, which a lot of the time is great. However, it woudl also be useful to be able to filter the results just to find relevant messages (eg. by sender or keyword) just in the inbox or another single folder. Useful for when you are trying to find someting you know is in your Inbox or another folder you are searching through.

Similar to Spark (another MacOS email app), auto-group incoming mail into newsletters, personal, mailing lists etc. Helps you get through your mailbox faster and prioritize.

Add VIP only for certain account
Currently, if I add a VIP, the folder is visible for all accounts, even if I would never send/receive email for that person in certain accounts. It would be nice to be able to select the account(s) where the VIP folder is visible, instead of it automatically being visible in all accounts.

Add a Quick Snooze Feature
Please add these two improvements:
1) Add a quick snooze button to the toolbar to defer emails which when clicked defers emails to one of the defined snooze options.
2) Offer the snooze options as a menu as an alternative to a pop-up grid.

Emails organized by Person
Organizes your messages by person. The contact list on the left is sorted by the date of the last email and each person is displayed only once.
No need to see 10 times the same person just because he used different title on his email. And of course if i send him an email should go to the top. No need to search on the sent emails what i sent him.
Please i really need that. After this update i would have the best email client.

"Today" Virtual Mailbox: Add config option to only show mail from Inbox
The Today virtual mailbox is great, but once I have archived something into a subfolder, I don't need it to show up in the "Today" listing. Only things that are in my inbox that were received today are relevant.
Can we add a config option to only show items received today that are still inside the inbox?

Sort Mails just like Whatsapp does
Can you please add an option that all senders only appear once on the left side. On the right side alle messages connects with that person (chat) appear regardless of the subject sorted by the date for example. It should look just like a chat so that my send messages from the send folder should appear chronological within the chat as well. That would make things so much more simple. But it should also be possible to delete single messages within the "chat". Any plans on doing that?

Pending e-mails (similar to todo/star)
When I send an e-mail that needs reply I currently star it so I don't forget it. This allows me to archive. I could use the todo option instead, but don't want to clutter up my todos with these. The ideal option would be to have a pending category that works like the todos do

Sorting and search don't work at all. Can't find older emails. Impossible to use Airmail in a professional environment because of this

Add filters to find more easily old emails
I love Airmail and it is my standard Mail app on Mac OS X, but looking for an old email is painful. I believe this task would be a lot easier if you implement a filter with sort functionality, in order to retrieve emails in the same folder based on criterias such as "To:", "From:", Date, etc. For example: in Outlook, you can simply select the column that you want to search for (ex: "To") and sort it out (ascending, descending), so it is eay to look up for an email that you sent to that specific person at a specific…

Add rules for each folder. Emails can be stored in corresponding folders.
Currently, I have to move each email to the right folder manually.

Ability to manually sort emails in To Do inbox
I track emails I need to action or respond to using the To Do flag, which then puts the emails in the "To Do" inbox.
I need the ability to sort the messages by simply draggin and dropping them up or down the list, so I can prioritise my work.

Filtering/searching with multiple labels is not working
If I filter/search with "label:@0 AND label:@1", I should see emails that have both @0 AND @1. However, instead I am seeing messages with @0 OR with @1. The same thing happens for "label:@0 AND label:inbox".
Note "label:@0 AND keyword" does work. In that case I only see emails with @0 and the keyword in them. So the problem seems to do with ANDing across labels.
This is happening in 367 and 369 (beta).

When in the unread filter, the message is not 'cleaned up' after marking it read.
In Airmail 3 you can use a filter to see only the unread messages. Unfortunately, when you mark a message as read (I do this manually), the message does not disappear from the list.
I basically use the unread filter as an inbox zero view. Since I use the message links in other applications, I cannot archive an e-mail since this breaks the links. So I leave everything in my inbox, which is actually my archive now. So I need another view as my "inbox", which is the view with the unread messages. I will only mark messages as read…
