Create Web App
Hey Just wanted to see if creating a Web Based app for access to all platforms is in the future. I am stuck using a chromebook for work but I love your app. If you had a Web App it would allow me to use your awesome program on my chromebook.

Themability
If not "one single email configuration fits every user", then also not "one single UI theme fits every user".
Since Airmail is already that much configurable, why aren't there any custom themes yet? A system where every user can make their own theme with a style guide we can share would be great.

Store account details on the cloud, so we don't have to type in every device
Can you please do just like Mailbox app and just store the account details on the cloud? I have 4 devices and every time that I add one account I have to add in every single one of them.
Also if one of the macs is erased, I have to add all accounts again it's very annoying.

Sync Accounts including Signatures across devices with an overarching sign in account.
Sync Accounts including Signatures across devices with an overarching sign in account, that way I don't have to add the same account to 3 or 4 of my devices. Once I add or remove in one place, it could go from everywhere.

Allow an individual email to be exported as a .rtf document.
I like saving/exporting important project-related emails to my file server as .rtf documents. Apple Mail allows this. I am used to saving and archiving client correspondence to my server without having to rely on an email client to reopen it later (sometimes years later). I miss the ability to do this in Airmail. I have to hit "print" then save as a PDF as a workaround...but it is more cumbersome. (Also, the margins are really tight when I print. Print layout features such as margin control or the ability to scale a page down by a percentage would be nice.)

Keyboard Shortcut for Snooze
It would be nice to have a keyboard shortcut to access the snooze option, and then being able to press another key to select when (e.g., Apple+S and then 1 for "tomorrow morning").

A schedule interval for checking email
Instead of interrupting me every time an email comes in, it would be nice for Airmail to check the server at a selected interval, i.e. every hour. Apple Mail does this for all accounts.

The buttons for reply, forward and forward-all disappears when scrolling an email.
The buttons for reply, forward and forward-all disappears when scrolling an email. This is very odd, considering that I most often want to reply to a mail when i've read it all, implying that it has been scrolled to the bottom - but then the buttons are gone. Very odd design choice.

Have a "Do Not Download New Mail" mode with default times to control incoming mail
One problem a lot of us have is controlling when we look at and deal with mail. A common approach is to only deal with mail at certain times of the day. Unfortunately, if you use your mail to store todo's and reminders (which Airmail supports), it's hard to avoid seeing new mail.
It would be great to have some way of saying "Do Not Fetch New Mail" right now without having to put all the accounts in manual mode.
I imagine having a preferences setting on each account where I can pick times of day when mail can be…

Delete archived messages over a year old
After digging though my drive, I noticed that airmail is using 3gb of space for archived messages. I enjoy searching for recent messages in the archives, but I rarely need messages over a year old. If there was a way to ignore or delete old emails, this will provide extra space on my disk.

Night Time Mode
Night time mode that will be suitable for low-light environments. The app will know the time zone the user is in and will adjust when it starts getting dark outside. This feature should be implemented in the Mac App and also the future IOS App as well!

possibility to add custom folder in "hide Folder" options in view is enable
Hi !
It can be great to add custom folder to the left little menu when "hide folder" view option is enable.
For example, here it can be really nice if I can add my Notifications or Family folder in the left panel, and more awesome, get a badge count !

Enable "Trash" button option for incoming Notifications (like the Mac Mail app)
You know how the native Mac Mail app has two button options for incoming mail notifications banners, "Trash, and Reply"? Yeah, we need that in Airmail :)

All Archive
It would be nice if you could unite the "Archive" files of all of my email accounts. That way, like the "All Inboxes" option I can see all.

Highlighted email
A highlighted email becomes unhighlighted when you click away from Airmal, say back to Finder.
When you return back to Airmail, your last highliged email is no longer highligted, so becomes a task to find the one you were last looking at.
Please leave the email highlighted.8 votes -
airmail share
Hi, I, love the "Share" button, it makes it easy to share a document by e-mail.
Idea: add an option to
1) Share by new e-mail;
2) Share to existing conversation.Thanks
