Wunderlist: send the body of the email to the task too
It helps as some times the subjects of the emails are very similar.
I'll include not only the link to the email, which is very cool, but also the body of the email (as a note or as another comment).

Switch to Todoist upon Creating Task
In iOS, after using the Todoist integration, the task is brought to the front within Todoist so that the user can add specifics (due date, priority, etc.) to the new task. This behavior should be replicated in MacOS. Currently, using the Todoist integration only sends the email to a specific project such that the user then needs to switch to Todoist, find the new task, and then open it to edit the details.
Taking this all a step further, please take a look at how Newton handles Todoist tasks. Users can add all of the task information without leaving the…

ActiveCollab integration
Would be nice to have an ActiveCollab integration where you can assign mail to a project or even a specific task. Additionally, integrating the calendar from ActiveCollab into the app would be nice. ActiveCollab has a nice REST API simplifying the process.

Allow a date to be picked when moving items to Ical. & save the email in PDF format so that it is a true attachment in the Cal notes.
when moving an email to the calendar it would be nice to have the option to choose a future date for appointment followups. Also when attaching the email to the calendar export it as a PDF so that all invitees have access to the note item.

Send birthday emails automatically
Connect with my address book, find todays birthdays and send them a predefined (in settings) message on their birthday. Remind me at least once a year (let me choose the intervall) to change that message. Even better, create a folder (like Snooze) where the upcoming birthday messages are queued for delivery and where I could still add some "personal" message before they will be sent. Maybe fill that folder once a month or once a week (again, let me choose). That would save me really a lot of time every day.

Bug in Airmail 3 when dragging item from Airmail to BusyCal
If I drag a mail item from Airmail to BusyCal, I get TWO events created. One has a subject that is the same as the mail message, and a File attachment that is a blue link, but does nothing when I click it. The second appointment is labeled "Untitled", but has a URL: Open in Airmail, which works when I click it. The Untitled appointment is most useful, because it contains a working link to the item in Airmail. The other appointment is of no value, because although the subject is the same as the mail message, the link doesn't…

Please fix delete key issue in Airmail 3. Delete key now archives instead of deletes. This was not a problem in version 2
Please fix this. Don't know why it was working fine in Airmail 2 but not the new version.

wunderlist list order
The "send to" wunderlist function, unfortunately, provides a giant list of folder (I have a lot) and they are completely out of order. Having at least "inbox" at the top, or by default, would help significantly. Alphabetical order would be the next best thing. An unsorted list of 35 folders I have to scan through and click - not great.

Better integration with mac Numbers or Excel tables
When I copy rows from Excel or Numbers I get ugly screenshot (!!) pasted instead of real table.
This is NOT GOOD and makes me switch back to Mail.app

Allow "Complete Email" to be forwarded to GTD done (Wunderlist, Omnifocus) etc.
Instead of just posting the link, allow the whole text to be posted. Mail mate does this.

Intergrate POP3 accounts better.
POP3 accounts are rather flakey with Airmail, I.e notifications and when I send an email it does not go to the sent folder it just disappears, although it is delivered.

TeamWork Integration
TeamWork is a robust alternative to Basecamp and a lot of people are switching. Our team has found it to be great, and it would be helpful if my email would integrate.

Pass tasks to Todoist in the form airmail://message-ID(Message subject line)
The current integration results in tasks being created in Todoist with a long link back to the message in Airmail that is visible in the task's description. Using the format airmail://message-ID(Message subject line) would result in 'hot' (clickable) task descriptions made of the message's subject line only which, imho, makes things easier to visualize and work with in Todoist.
