Forwarding an e-mail should add "From: <address>" in the e-mail body
When working with services such as zendesk or highrise, it is crucial that the e-mail body of a forwarded message contains a line:
From: originalsender@address.com
Because these services parse that information to allocate a forwarded message to projects resp. tickets.

I would add that also the "to" original field should be preserved
