Abolish the new charges for customers who bought the app!
For some reason all the “features” don’t work and I’m constantly getting pop ups telling me I’m not a premium user and now need to pay for the features; firstly, I paid in good faith and at that time the deal was pay X amount and get the app with lifetime updates, no extra cost per month or year, now that you’ve updated the app a bit I no longer have push email, cannot use multiple accounts or any of the so called “features” can’t even contact live support so have to wait over a week for a reply to my support request, only to be told I can update the app and use the features, which turns out to be false as that has not worked and the app keeps telling me I am not premium and offering me to pay for a subscription. If this is simply an overview then I am even more perplexed because you obviously knew this was going to be implemented so should have taken the steps to avoid this for already paid users. I have requested a full refund of my initial payment because this has clearly broken the terms of my initial payment and download of the app OR simply restore full functionality to my app, quite simple really but it’s now been days and nothing of any magnitude has changed, except for the fact that I can no longer use the app and have had to add all my email accounts back onto Apple mail, this is ridiculous. How about fixing this before asking people for other ideas you are probably going to mess up anyway??? Loyal customers like myself and so many others have carried on using this app because a) it was expensive so need to get the value out of it and b) to not just ditch you because the app is buggy or doesn’t have all the features normal and native apps have, how about you return that decency by looking after your existing customers rather than clearly changing your approach to focus on new money!!!
