Drag abs drop folders

I use folders and dubfolders to organize my business emails. One of my sub folders is for prospective customers. Once the prospective customer becomes a customer I would like to drag and drop that sub folder to my active accounts folder. Right now I have to create a new sub folder under my active accounts folder and the move all of the emails to it and then delete the old folder. Too many steps.
