Increase the size of the "reading frame" accessible when the button to the right of the bin is hit - make it wider so that emails are easier to read. In landscape with on my 9.7 inch iPad this reading frame has the email at exactly the same width as the underlying standard frame. It needs to be wider to make the text bigger and therefore easier to read
