Identify sender signatures with contact info and suggest to create new contact from them.

Some feedback on the iOS app.
I find it difficult and awkward to correct something within the email copy
If I tap and move to say, the beginning of a sentence,I'm scrolled downward which makes the copy move up and is no longer visible. Furthermore It's difficult to tap and move to a particular word or part within the copy.
