Plain text composer
Currently it looks like the mail composer on iOS always creates an HTML email. I almost never want to send an HTML email, so I cannot use the app to send mail.
Please add a plain text composer like in the macOS version of AirMail.
Or is that already possible?

An option to switch off the html composer is badly needed. Makes email appear utterly unprofessional.

This will also make consistent the experience on iOS and macOS.

It’s already possible, at least with Gmail: Go to Preferences… > Accounts > (Settings Icon) > Composer > Composer.
Here you can set Plain Text, Rich Text, or Markdown.

Given Airmail already sends both plain-text and HTML parts as alternatives, could this be implemented as an option to omit the HTML alternative, leaving just the plain-text part?

This is something I really need. Currently I am thinking about switching back to iOS Mail because of the missing plain text support.
You need to add this if airmail should be a professional tool for mailing!
