The iPad Pro screen is big. I would love to be able to compose my reply to an email while being able to see the entire email I'm responding to. The original message could appear on the left, while my reply is on the right.

I shouldn't have to constantly scroll up and down to see the text I'm replying to. Frankly, I'm surprised that no one has addressed this problem well in other apps. The closest are apps like Hop that show you just what the previous person wrote in the email chain. But there is much room for improvement.
