Two-factor authentication

Add two-factor authentication for account access. This is fairly standard across the industry at this point and Airmail's lack of it creates a vulnerability whereby, even if a user has two-factor authentication activated for an underlying account like gmail, it can be bypassed by someone who has a user's Airmail username and password.

    Unfortunately I’m with Michael Ugilt on this, my company has just forced 2 factor authentication and I’ve lost all ability to use AirMail on iPhone or Mac :(
