Mail rules on iOS synced from Mac

Allow mail rules on iOS as well and better yet sync them from Mac.

Use case :
I have bunches of rules to delete daily work email reports (spam). If my Mac client is not running they won't get deleted. I understand that you probably can't run them in background. It would be fine just to run them on launc

    I'd like to give this one a boost. I bought Airmail for this feature. Was super upset when I realised it wasn't there!
