Reply, delete or forward emails within threads
Airmail bundles conversations together. Not being able to treat individual emails separately is an enormous problem. Sometimes I need to delete one email in the conversation but Airmail will delete everything.

I concur. I don't want to archive a dozen emails in a conversation but rather keep the source and outcomes without all the chaff in between.
