Send text only email
I can't see anyway of guaranteeing that I am sending an old fashioned, simple, text only email. I never want to send HTML email and would like to know that it is not happening behind my back.

Given that Airmail is already sending both plain text and HTML as alternatives in the message, could this be implemented as an option to omit the HTML alternative, leaving just the plain text version?
