Use flag status instead of folder for 'Starred' in iCloud

Option to stop creation of a separate folder for starred messages in iCloud, and use the existing flagged functionality.

    Totally agree with the suggestion,
    The app is for mac users and is not respecting the iCloud email structure of flagging.
    Should be for both Airmail iOS and Mac versions.

    Right. The starred/flagged feature is broken the way it is implemented.
