Split Conversations / Wrong eMails added to a Conversation
I get often multiple eMails with the same Subject (students seem to have similar wordings when they need something) and Airmail is connecting them to one conversation. It would be great if I could split these wrongly connected messages manually into different threads. Gmail doesn't do these mistakes.
If there wouldn't be this problem, I would love to use Airmail as my only email client.

ARGH...I have wrong eMails all over my conversations. It's time to leave Airmail.

I see now that this problem was posted nearly three years ago. Crazy that this is not yet resolved. It makes me HATE email.

This is also a problem on the desktop version. Coupled with the deleting of a full conversation when trying to delete a single email, my entire email process has had to slow down significantly because I now must make sure no emails are incorrectly part of the conversation before I hit delete. What a pain in the ass.

I have the same issue. I talked to support and tried everything but couldn't fix it. I'm now very close to move to another email client, although I really like Airmail.

I agree. This is making me look for an alternative to Airmail.

have the same issue, frustrating that some of the emails are grouped eroneously

Yes! Does the same to me. Love 95% of the features. But not this issue.

Agreed. A manual split/merge function for conversations is needed because of the poor algorithm in Airmail for identifying conversations. I am actually thinking about giving up Airmail because of this.

Absolutely agree.
This happens to me often
