Do not index spam folder for spotlight search
Spotlight search results show emails from the spam folder. These should not be indexed for search, search results should be the same as those within the app.

Same goes for trash: also shown in spotlight search results, even though the setting search in spam and trash within the app is turned off and it does not show in the in-app search results.
