can't collapse mails in conversation

once you click on a mail in a conversation to open it up, you can't close it down again. This makes navigating long threads frustrating

    This is crippling to conversation use and workflow. Surely this isn’t that hard to add, please do it ASAP

    Like the other commenters - completely agree this feature needs to be added. It's really frustrating to have to scroll through 30 emails to an earlier source.

    Very frustrating. Long threads are better read in default mail app currently.
