Disable action animation
Disable delete or archive animation when a message is deleted from within the message. Just open the next message or give the option to return to the inbox

Too slow animations- would prefer to be able to disable animations entirely. Instead put an "Undo delete" button- much faster to process.

+1 I like the animation but I HATE that I have to wait for it to finish. I would suggest either making the animation optional, or, if you want to keep it then at least immediately move to the next message so if I want to delete them quickly I can have simultaneous animations going.

It's not bad to give visual feedback of what you just tapped, but I think that animation should be much faster.
