  1. "Add to existing contact"

    One of the only things Mail currently does better than Airmail is this very simple action.

    In Mail you simply tap an email address and get the option to create new or add to existing contact.

    In Airmail you only get the option to create new.

    Simple fix I presume, but an important one.

  2. Exchange Activesync (EAS) Support

    Will there be a Exchange Activesync support? I understand that there is a Exchange support but not activesync. This is one thing that is holding me back to migrate to Airmail. Is this in the making or at least in the plans? Thank you!

  3. Full width emails

    It would be great if Airmail rendered emails using the full width of the device.

    Right now, it has a margin on both sides that diminishes the width of the content. This is even more apparent when the email itself is also using side margins.

    In some cases it looks like 20% of the screen width is wasted with the added margins of airmail and the emails. This makes the emails more difficult to read and they look bad.

  4. Attachments

    Can you please add the attachment at the begging of the email. This is a must for business users not to swipe to end of email to see an attachment.

  7. Clear cache

    It would be great to clear Airmail‘s cache. It’s using 1 GB right now and that’s way too much. I didn’t find any way to reduce it other than to remove the app completely. Please add an feature to clear old cached data.

  8. Change floating buttons in email

    I'd like to be able to change the Reply/Archive/Delete floating buttons at the bottom of emails, as well as have the option to turn it off if I choose, since those options are also in the slide-in pane.

  11. Flight and Package Tracking

    There's an app called Email in the App Store that has a flight and package tracker. It basically pulls any flight info from your emails and displays the itinerary it finds in a nice UI once you tap the trip under the Flights tab. The same thing happens when you tap a package under the packages tab...the timeline of shipping is displayed in a nice UI. Airmail dominates email in most standard ways. These two features would make it a bigger boss on the block.

  12. Mail rules on iOS synced from Mac

    Allow mail rules on iOS as well and better yet sync them from Mac.

    Use case :
    I have bunches of rules to delete daily work email reports (spam). If my Mac client is not running they won't get deleted. I understand that you probably can't run them in background. It would be fine just to run them on launc

  13. Snooze to desktop

    Please add support for snooze to desktop besides all other snooze options. This is/was such a great feature from Mailbox which will seize their activities later this month.

  14. Automatically choose account to send from

    Apple's mail app chooses which account to send from in a smart way:

    • if I write a message to someone in the same domain as one of my accounts, choose this account

    • if I write a message to someone I have e-mailed with before, choose the account I have used before

    • if I write a message to someone who is in an address book connected to one account, choose that account

    It's super annoying when I send a message to a work contact from my private email account and vice versa. With apple's mail app this almost never happens anymore.…

  15. Context-aware notifications

    When you're actively on OSX, you don't recieve notifications from iOS and vice versa - just so that you don't have both sets of notifications go off when both devices are very near to you.

  16. Spell Check

    Im running latest Airmail on Iphone 7 on ios10 and this app is perfect. The only thing I am missing is for this app to run spell check. I have the spell check on in my phone settings but in the app itself there are no options and words that are not spelled correctly they dont get underlined.

    Am I missing something there??
