  1. Add mail templates(with subject and addresses and other things)

    Add mail templates(with subject and addresses) in mail.app there is Stationery. It useful when you need to send massage to multiple addresses and other option.

  2. Add Exchange Delegates feature

    Exchange has a feature called delegates. It allows someone to view and send email for another exchange mailbox as them, using your own login information.

    I use this daily with my team at work in Outlook.. If this was available I could completely ditch Outlook.

  3. Delete any e-mail off the conversation

    Please do it able to delete any e-mail off the conversation. Not so unreliable as in the OS X app. Thank You.

  4. Open Quick Reply window below an email

    When the "Quick Reply by default" option is checked in the "Composer" tab for an account, a Quick Reply window opens if replying to an email.

    The window currently opens on top of the email you're replying to. It would be nice to open the window below the email instead, GMail-style. It would be less of a mental model change coming from GMail. If this is not possible for some reason, it would be great to at least have the option to do so.

    My guess is that the Quick Reply window currently opens on top, because the Reply buttons…

  8. HTML Email Display Done Right

    Make sure HTML emails open at the optimal view (no swiping or zooming out to see the entire email). Apple's iOS mail app does this pretty well.

  10. "Send and archive conversation" and "Send and move conversation to folder" or "Send and apply label to conversation"

    All the gestures, the GTD stuff, the labelling and moving always apply to inbox. We need to be able to decide what to do on the whole conversation once the mail we are typing is sent !!!
    e.g. my email is the final answer so I want to archive the conversation directly after sending the mail.
    Or I will need an answer to this email so I need to put a reminder on the conversation in two days, and I need the conversation to be labeled as Waiting For or moved to the "Pending" folder.
    Well you get the idea.…

  17. Context-aware notifications

    When you're actively on OSX, you don't recieve notifications from iOS and vice versa - just so that you don't have both sets of notifications go off when both devices are very near to you.

  18. ownCloud/WebDav storage support

    Please add support for ownCloud or WebDav servers in general to allow attachment uploads. Dropbox, Google and Microsoft are anti-privacy companies, and I don't want to keep my files on their servers.
